Methodology ​

In the first stage, the artists involved will create the works in their respective studios/workshops.
The 11 works of Astros Luminosos will be developed by the set designer Guilherme Rossi and by the creative carpentry of the artist Raphael Franco. The artists will align their knowledge, such as prototyping, 3D virtual design and set design with Gulherme, modeling and use of the correct material to create the works with Raphael, and artistic direction with Patrícia Ariane.​
During the same period, Pink Design will develop the visual communication for promotion, which will begin 3 months before the event date through promotion on social media, Eletromidia street screens, spots on Radio Kiss FM and 89 FM, ads on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Terra Ads.

Communication with the artists to define the line up began in November 2024.

In the second stage, the artist will install the 11 works at Praça das Artes with the help of the assembly team from Install Montagens Finas and transportation from the company Via Frete Transportes e Mudanças in December 2025. Meanwhile, the production teams from Du Dread will assemble the stage, sound and lighting equipment, and, together with Ambiente Eventos and Strutura Locações, will assemble the dressing rooms.
The bathrooms will also be installed during the same period by Fenix Eventos and Cadena Locações, as well as the medical by Cuide Bem and firefighter Lider Innovation at tents by Ismael Ska.

The third stage is the event on December 6, 2025, where Foodtrucks from the company Alimentação Sobre Rodas will serve the public. Heineken will be the supplier of the beers and one of the sponsoring companies.

The start is scheduled for 10:00 am and the end is at midnight.
​
The fourth stage, which will take place on December 7, 2025, is the disassembly by Du Dread and Install Montagens Finas.
From December 8 to 15, 2025, we will hold creativity workshops for children at the Vila 344 coworking space.

The reports and accountability will be the responsibility of the Festival's creator, Patrícia Ariane, with the help of Garcia e Barbosa Assessoria.
